Improving and Enhancing Sleep (8 weeks)
Studies suggest that most individuals in North America are sleep deprived. This has only gotten worse during the pandemic when most individuals report their sleep has been disturbed. There is now well-documented effects of the impact of sleep on health, well-being, mood, and quality of life. This group treatment provides the latest evidence based skills for improving sleep habits, which have been shown to improve quality and quantity of sleep. The program focuses on the “how” of improving sleep and is appropriate for anyone interested in having better sleep.
The next group: Starting Oct 26 and running Wednesday nights from 6:30-8 PM (Atlantic time); 5:30-7 PM (Eastern time).
